Here is a running tally of some of the most interesting commissions that have passed through our doors, all for your viewing pleasure!
1988 Austin Mini:
- Customer stated that the clutch stopped working, it over-heated and also started leaking oil all around the same time. Turns out that it was just a series of unfortunate events. Most notable problems were a worn-out slave cylinder, a blown headgasket and a leaking oil filter housing. We also replaced some brake components, water pump, heater core, CV boots and some ignition parts. Our customer entrusted us to carry out all of the work that we recommended, they also chose to source their own parts.

1973 Landrover Series 3:
- Customer sated that there was an excessive amount of smoke and very low power. We diagnosed that the injectors needed a rebuild and we managed to find a local place that had the specialist equipment to test rebuild them. Following this, we adjusted the injection pump timing and it ran just like an old Landrover again! We also carried out some general service work and replaced some other consumable parts, including a brake master cylinder.

1960 Austin Healey Bug Eye Sprite:
- This one was a personal project to enjoy over winter, there was alot of tired and weather components and it just needed alot of tidying up. I did a full paint correction, shot blasted and powder-coated the wheels, sourced some incredibly hard to find tires, difficult to find especially as they were ‘staggered’ front to back. Tidied up alot of the engine bay and wiring loom, new brakes, wheel bearings etc. and I had it ready to enjoy for the summer. Unfortunately, this beauty has since been sold to fund other fun personal projects.

1990 Ford Ranger:
Agreed, not a British classic, but I do love Mini Trucks! One winter I was looking for a project where I could really push my painting skills to the next level. Well, you can see the transformation below.
